i saw this movie when i was 8. for the first time. i have been completely infatuated with Patrick Swayze ever since. i was inconsolable when he died. he is the most physically beautiful human being i have ever witnessed and his persona was so sexy and his heart so kind he can never be replaced as the first love of my life. i still find it beyond tragic that we never met!
but anyways Dirty Dancing is a must see movie. it is so raw and so sexy you'll be dying for your own summer romance.

 this movie in fantastic. it's inspiring. it's sad. its beautiful. it's educational. the actings perfect. the wardrobe is amazing and is based on Edie Sedgwick and Andy Warhol. it's about the Factory. the pop art, the drugs, it has everything. its perfection

Gia of course is next pick. The story of the worlds first supermodel.....
she was also a lesbian and a drug addict. Angelina Jolie plays her beautifully.
her addiction, her modeling, and her affairs and her pain is so rawly displayed is stuck with me for years after i saw it. and i went to great lengths to track this genius work down. go see Gia

 she just represents everything thats right with the world.

 another movie, that was also a book. that i personally enjoyed so thoroughly i'm still trying to get an in with the local mob is the Godfather. such a splendid movie. so clever.
